Hey! This week with Elder Gomez was a little rought and not because of him but because of the sector, it's been really tough finding new people and having lessons. The members here are great and that's one reason that I love it so much here because they love me and are here to help. Although they nor I can do anything about how this sector is, where I am here in Guayaquil is full of people that have money, and that's not something that's very common here in Eduador or atleast what I've seen thus far in my mission. People here have what they think they need and aren't willing to open there hearts to new things like the gospel. The poor people are more humble and are willing to listen because they don't think that they have everything. Although I have gotten used to working with these type of people and it is hard but it's where I am so I'm going to have to adjust and make the best of my time here. I'm hoping that I get to stay here for a long time, till I finish the mission even!! The bishop here is like my best friend, since I've been back here in Centenario we've made good friends and now he goes out with us to visit people and I've learned that when you've gained the confidence of the bishop you've gained control and confidence of the ward. When I need something the bishop is always there to help me out and I love it. His wife also has cooked the 2 best meals that I've had while here in Ecuador! Aanyway as the week was finishing up we struck some luck with some luck visiting some old investigators and they even attended church yesterday!! I was soo happy because now everyone that's in our program pretty much has attended church and that's a big deal. If the people want to get baptized they have to attend chuch and so we're happy. I've been doing good, getting along well with my companion and trying ever so hard to lose weight! I love and miss you tons!! I will send pics as soon as possible!! ELDER WILSON
